费托合成油作为裂解原料的技术分析 被引量:6

摘要 由物性分析可知,费托合成油中易裂解的链烷烃含量极高(w>98%),环烷烃、芳烃含量较低;结合880~920℃下裂解产物收率对比可知,费托合成油为优质裂解原料,适宜在高温(910℃)下进行裂解,其可作为乙烯企业原料结构的合理补充;与同样链烷烃含量较高的炼厂拔头油裂解相比,费托合成油裂解产物中乙烯收率高约5%,但与炼厂石脑油裂解相比,费托合成油裂解几乎不产生高附加值的裂解液相。费托合成油的单独裂解优于与炼厂石脑油共裂解,若将其掺入炼厂石脑油中进行共裂解时,掺混比例不宜高于20%。 The analytical results showed that the content of paraffin in Fischer-Tropsch(FT) synthetic oil was very high(98%),while the content of naphthenes and aromatics was less. By comparing the 880-920℃ pyrolysis products yields of FT synthetic oil, it is indicated that FT synthetic oil is a high-quality pyrolysis feedstock suitable for pyrolysis at high temperature(910℃), and may serve as a reasonable supplementary feedstock for ethylene plants. The pyrolysis of FT synthetic oil can give a ethylene yield of about 5% higher than the cracking of refinery head oil with high paraffin content, however, unlike the pyrolysis of refinery naphtha,it produces almost no high value-added liquid-phase product. The pyrolysis of FT synthetic oil alone is better than co-pyrolysis with refinery naphtha. If incorporated into refinery naphtha for co-pyrolysis, the blending ratio of FT synthetic oil should not be higher than 20% by mass.
