摘要
提高天然气综合利用率的有效途径是对天然气进行深加工生产高附加值的产品。基于中石油雅克拉集气站的天然气处理流程以及顺北油田天然气的相关数据,用Aspen HYSYS软件对顺北油田天然气的综合利用进行流程模拟,探讨天然气生产高附加值产品的可行性。模拟结果显示通过改变生产流程中的操作条件可以获得工业丙烷、工业正丁烷、工业异丁烷等高附加值产品。
An effective way to improve the comprehensive utilization of natural gas is to develop deep-processed technology to produce value-added products. Based on the natural gas treatment process of PetroChina Yakela gas gathering station and the relevant data in Shunbei Oilfield, Aspen HYSYS software was used to simulate a natural gas comprehensive utilization process in order to produce high value-added products, and the feasibility was analyzed. The simulation results showed that value-added products such as industrial propane, n-butane and isobutane can be obtained by only changing the operating conditions in the production process.
