多级孔复合分子筛加氢脱芳催化剂研究进展

摘要 综述了微-介孔复合分子筛和介-介孔复合分子筛加氢脱芳催化剂的结构、性质及催化性能。前者研究较多,它利用了微孔分子筛的比表面积、酸性和水热稳定性优势和介孔分子筛的孔径优势,催化活性和选择性高,其中含HY的微-介孔分子筛具有很好的耐硫性。由于酸性相对较弱,后者在柴油加氢脱芳中可以兼顾柴油的十六烷值和收率。指出深入研究多级孔复合分子筛的酸性和孔道分布与其催化性能的关系是未来的研究重点。 The structure, properties and catalytic performances of the micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieves and bimodal mesoporous composite molecular sieves were reviewed. The micro-mesoporous compositemolecular sieves have been extensively studied. They utilizes the specific surface area, acidic and hydrothermal stability advantages of microporous molecular sieves and the pore size advantages of mesoporous molecular sieves, possessing high catalytic activity and selectivity. The micro-mesoporous molecular sieves containing HY havealso good sulfur resistance. Due to the relatively weak acidity, the meso-mesoporous composite molecular sievescan maintain the cetane number and yield of diesel in diesel hydrodearomatization. It is pointed out that in-depth study of the relationship between the acidity and pore distribution of hierarchical porous composite molecular sievesieves and their catalytic properties is the focus of future research.
