高校虚拟教学资源管理平台建设及运行机制研究

On Management Platform Construction and Operating Mechanism of Virtual Teaching Resource of Universities

虚拟仿真实验教学示范中心和虚拟仿真实验教学项目的建设是高等教育信息化的重要组成部分,如何实现高校虚拟教学资源的有效共享和管理是一项非常重要的任务。文章研究了目前高校虚拟教学资源的现状,分析资源利用和共享中存在的问题和困难;建立了虚拟仿真实验教学资源管理平台,对资源进行平台化的统一管理,实现虚拟仿真资源的高效利用。虚拟仿真实验教学资源平台主要包括顶层管理系统、教学资源应用系统、实验教学辅助系统和评价反馈系统。最后对虚拟教学资源的运行机制进行了研究。

Virtual simulation experiment teaching demonstration center and virtual simulation experimental projects are the important part of information construction in higher education. How to realize the effective sharing and management of virtual simulation experiment teaching resource is an important task. The status of virtual experiment teaching resource is studied and the difficulties in resource sharing are analyzed. A resource management platform is established which can realize the centralization of management and improve the efficiency of resource. The resource platform consists of top management system, resource application system, experimental teaching assistant system and evaluation system. The operating mechanism is studied, which can promote the sound development of virtual teaching resource.
