学科互涉视野中的秘书学专业教学改革探讨

Discussion on the Teaching Reform of Secretarial Major in the Perspective of Interdisciplinary Interaction

作为一个新兴专业,秘书学受到大学制度中学科互涉的影响。当前高校的学科评价体制、学生的就业发展与学生的能力培养,都是秘书学专业改革的着力点。秘书学专业的教学改革与专业建设要扎根于秘书学专业在当前高校管理体制中所处的学科地位,立足于中文专业的学科特色,既要注重基础理论课的教学,又要着重培养学生的实践能力,使秘书学专业朝着培养既具有扎实的理论功底、又具有较强实践能力的综合人才方向进行改革。

As an emerging undergraduate major, secretarial science is influenced by the interdisciplinary interaction of the university system. The current academic evaluation system of colleges, the employment development of students and the cultivation of students＇ ability are the focus of the reform of the major. The teaching reform and major construction should be based on the discipline status of secretarial major in the current university management system, and on the academic characteristics of Chinese major. It is necessary to pay attention to the teaching of basic theoretical courses, and also to the focus on cultivating students＇ practical ability. The purpose of reform of the secretarial major is to cultivate comprehensive talents with solid theoretical foundation and strong practical ability.
