微创新策略在微课课堂教学中的应用研究

Application Research on Micro Innovation Strategy in Micro Lesson Teaching

针对微课建设及应用受技术、管理、经费等因素的影响和制约,提出了基于微创新策略的微课设计原则,并探讨了它的应用过程。在微创新框架下,微课的设计目标是不断改进或改善用户体验,遵循减法策略、除法策略、乘法策略、任务统筹策略和属性依存策略的设计原则。微创新策略在微课课堂教学的应用过程中,首先从教学需求着手,分析微课在应用过程中存在的问题及其原因;其次从教学内容、技术与方法、管理与服务等方面入手,综合运用微课的各种设计原则,采用灵活的教学思路和有效途径,解决这些问题。最后,通过以点带面,从微观上实现微课教与学的创新。

In view of the influence and restriction on the construction and application of micro-lessons, such as technology, management, funds and other factors, the principle of micro-lesson design based on micro innovation strategy is put forward, and its application process is discussed. Under the framework of micro innovation, the design goal of micro lesson is to continuously improve user experience and follow the design principles of subtraction strategy, division strategy, multiplication strategy, task planning strategy and attribute dependency strategy. Firstly, we analyze the problems and causes in the application process of micro lessons from the needs of teaching in order to realize the micro innovation in the classroom teaching of the micro lesson. Secondly, starting from the aspects of teaching content, technology and methods, management and service, we comprehensively utilize the design principles of micro lessons and adopt flexible teaching ideas and effective ways to solve these problems. Finally we adhere to the step-by-step and point-to-an-area strategy to achieve the micro lesson teaching＇s innovation from a microcosmic perspective.
