高职院校辅导员职业认同的探究

高职院校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,但其职业化专业化进程缓慢。辅导员职业认同不高与辅导员面临多重角色冲突、学生事务增长以及职业晋升不畅息息相关,因此探究辅导员职业化专业化政策、普及人文关怀以及增强辅导员心理弹性,以此来提升高职院校辅导员职业认同。

Counselors in higher vocational colleges are the backbone of College Students＇ ideological and political education,but their professionalization and specialization process is slow.The low professional identity of counselors is closely related to the multiple role conflicts,the growth of student affairs and the lack of career promotion.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the policy of professionalization,popularize humanistic care and enhance the psychological flexibility of counselors in order to enhance the professional identity of counselors in vocational colleges.
