摘要
随着3+2技能型本科联合培养模式的推进以及试点专业的开设,分阶段的实践教学体系如何有效衔接,成为当前需要解决的问题。本文以武汉船舶职业技术学院物流管理(3+2)专业为例,通过对高职和本科教育实践教学特点的分析,构建了"四段式"实践教学体系,将高职与本科教学资源有效结合,为联合培养目标的实现提供保障。
With the development of"3 + 2"joint talents training between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges,how to effectively link up the practical skills training system in different training phases has become a problem to be solved.Taking the logistics management(3+2)specialty of Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of practical skills training in higher vocational and undergraduate education,and constructs a "four-stage" practical skills training system.The effective combination of higher vocational and undergraduate teaching resources will provide guarantee for the realization of joint training objectives.
