本文解读了英国高等教育的数字素养培养模式,在借鉴英国联合信息系统委员会JISC数字素养发展框架的基础上,结合我国的相关研究和现状,构建了符合中国国情的高等教育数字素养培养框架,对高校师生数字素养培养途径提出了建设性的意见。

This paper analyzes and interprets the training mode of digital literacy in British higher education.Based on the JISC digital literacy development framework of the British Joint Information Systems Commission,and combined with the relevant research and current situation in China,this paper constructs a digital literacy training framework for higher education in line with China＇s national conditions,and puts forward constructive suggestions on the ways of digital literacy training for teachers and students in Colleges and universities.
