摘要
随着文化创意产业的发展,社会对作为其核心的文化创意人才的需求日益增多,而今由于文化创意人才数量较少、结构不合理、批判性思维和创新意识缺乏等,使培养文化创意人才主要场所的高校在拥有机遇的同时也面临巨大挑战。本文以全人教育作为切入点,分析其主张的系统的世界观、主体潜能发展、全面与个性的统一与文化创意人才培养的关系,并通过教育目标、课程内容、教学方式和教育评价上的转变来实现二者的有机结合,促进我国文化创意人才培养质量的提升,为文化创意产业输送优质的人才。
With the development of cultural and creative industries,the demand for cultural and creative talents is increasing.Nowadays,colleges and universities which are the main places for cultivating cultural and creative talents are facing enormous opportunities as well huge challenges because of the small number of cultural and creative talents,irrational structure,lack of critical thinking and innovative consciousness,etc.This article take whole-person education as the breakthrough point,analyzing the relationship between its proposition of systematic worldview,subject potential development,unity of comprehensive and individuality and cultural creative talents cultivation.Then realize the organic combination of both through the transformation of education objectives,curriculum content,teaching mode and education evaluation,improving quality of our country's cultural creative talents cultivation,which will provide high-quality human resources for cultural creative industry.
