高职院校学生职业素质教育的现状研究

A Study of the Status Quo of the Professional Quality among Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

与本科院校相比,高职院校教育具有明确的职业指向性,因此职业素质教育是高职院校素质教育的重要组成部分。当前高职院校学生职业素质教育取得了一定的成绩,但同时也呈现出各种问题和不足。究其原因,既有学生生源方面的因素,也有学校教育和社会环境等多方面的客观因素。因此,如何解决问题、弥补不足,需要从人才培养理念、课程体系、保障体系、评价体系等四个方面入手,实施各项措施。

Compared with undergraduate universities, education in higher vocational colleges has a clear occupational directivity, so vocational education is an important part of education in higher vocational colleges. At present, higher vocational colleges have achieved certain achievements in students＇ professional quality improvement, but problems and deficiencies exist. The reasons include the source and quality of target students and objective ones such as the college and social environment. The problems can be tackled from the perspective of talent cultivation concept, curriculum system, guarantee system and evaluation system.
