‘早金酥’梨授粉品种选择及果实品质分析 被引量:3

摘要 为筛选适合‘早金酥’梨的授粉品种,选用10个梨品种为‘早金酥’梨授粉,测定坐果率、单果重、果实硬度、总糖含量等指标。结果表明,除‘蔗梨’外,其余9个授粉品种授粉的坐果率均在62.5%以上;不同授粉品种对‘早金酥’梨果实的外观和内在品质均有影响,花粉直感效应明显。综合坐果率、单果重、产量、果实硬度、总糖含量等各项指标,以及授粉品种在当地的适应性,认为‘金酥’‘早酥’‘华酥’‘早梨18’为适宜‘早金酥’梨的授粉品种。 In order to select suitable pollinating varieties for 'Zaojinshu' pear,10 pear varieties were selected. The fruit setting rate,single fruit weight,fruit hardness and sucrose content were determined. The results showed that the fruit setting rate of the other 9 pollinated varieties was above 62.5% except 'Zhe' pear. Different pollinated varieties had effects on the appearance and internal quality of 'Zaojinshu' pear fruit. The effect of pollen direct susceptibility was obvious. The yield and quality indexes,such as comprehensive fruit setting rate,single fruit weight, fruit hardness, sucrose content and so on,were also significant. The suitability of pollinating varieties in local area suggested that 'Jinsu' 'Zaosu' 'Huasu' 'Zaoli 18' was suitable for 'Zaojinsu' pear.
