干旱地区赤霉素对露地‘无核白鸡心’葡萄的影响

Effects of Gibberellin on Exposed ‘Centennial Seedless' Grapes in Arid Areas

‘无核白鸡心’在吐鲁番露地栽培7月下旬开始成熟。该品种花序对赤霉素(GA_3)比较敏感,表现果穂发良不良;花后对果穗进行80、100 mg/L GA_3处理效果较好。100 mg/L GA_3处理的穗长、穗重、粒长、粒重和含糖量最高,依次为31.6 cm、705.3 g、36.8 mm、7.95 g、19.8%。一次性处理,省工,降低成本。

Centennial seedless grape were grown in open field in Turpan in late July. The inflorescence of this variety is sensitive to Gibberellin （GA3）and the ear is poorly developed. After flowering,Gibberellin Treatment on the ears is better than 80 and 100 mg/L. 100 mg/L gibberellin treatment had the highest panicle length, spike weight, grain length, grain weight and sugar content, followed by 31.6 cm, 705.3 g, 36.8 mm, 7.95 g and 19.8%. One time treatment is to save labor and reduce the cost.
