摘要
该文分析了电机、丝杠、三通比例调节阀和热传导数学模型,利用Simulink对电动比例三通调节阀建立仿真模型,进行调温特性仿真分析,并开展实际试验进行验证,仿真和试验结果表明该调节阀调温特性良好。
In this paper, the mathematical model of the motor, the screw, the three-way proportional control valve and the heat conduction is analyzed. Simulink is used to establish the simulation model of the electric proportional three-way regulating valve. The simulation analysis of the temperature regulation characteristic is carried out and verified by the warfare test. The sinmlation and test results show that regulator valve thermostat characteristic is good.
