摘要
介绍了YC1125游车设计研究的背景和必要性,从技术参数、结构设计及性能特点方面进行较详细的论述,并通过大型三维建模分析软件UG NX建模,应用有限元法对其进行结构强度分析,分析结果表明,该游车结构设计合理,强度足够,总体满足设计要求。
The paper introduces the background and necessity of the YC1125 travelling block on the design and research. It discusses in detail the technical parameters, structural design and performance characteristics, and uses a large-scale 3D modeling UG NX software to model and analysis its structural strength by finite element method. The analysis results show that the structural design of the travelling block is reasonable and the strength is sufficient. The design requirements are generally satisfied.
