摘要
该文论述了某燃料系统用减压器的设计过程。此减压器要求出口压力偏差达到0.04 MPa,进行指标分析、理论计算及摸底试验后确定设计方案。通过对此减压器的静特性计算及试验数据的分析,对减压器设计过程及其影响出口压力偏差的因素有了进一步认识,为今后类似产品的研制工作提供参考依据。
Designing pressure reducing value of a fuel system was diseussed in this paper. The outlet pressure deviation of the pressure reducer is 0.04 MPa, the design scheme was determined through the index analysis, theoretical calculation and groping test. Through the analysis of the static characteristics of the pressure reducer and the analysis of the test data. The design process of pressure reducer and the factors affecting the deviation of outlet pressure are further understood, also provide reference for research of similar products in the future.
