摘要
本研究以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为接枝单体,与马铃薯淀粉进行接枝共聚,制备室温自交联马铃薯淀粉接枝乳液(即PoSt-g-BMD乳液),考察其不同反应条件对接枝率、接枝效率、单体转化率的影响。室温自交联马铃薯淀粉接枝乳液可与己二酰肼(ADH)在室温下发生交联,以提高乳液性能。制得的PoSt-g-BMD乳液与聚乙酸乙烯酯木材胶黏剂国家标准相比较,基本性能均达到要求,所以室温自交联马铃薯淀粉接枝乳液可用作木材胶黏剂。
In this study, the room temperature self-crosslinking potato starch graft emulsion(PoSt-g-BMD emulsion) was prepared by graft copolymerization of potato acetone with diacetone acrylamide (DAAM), butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as grafting monomers. The effect of different reaction conditions on grafting rate, grafting efficiency and monomer conversion rate was investigated. The self-crosslinking potato starch graft emulsion at room temperature can be crosslinked with adipic acid hydrazide (ADH) at room temperature to improve emulsion performance. Compared with the national standard of polyvinyl acetate wood adhesive, the obtained PoSt-g-BMD emulsion has the basic performance requirements, so the room temperature self-crosslinking potato starch grafting emulsion can be used as wood adhesive.
