超超临界锅炉燃烧器配风调整对NO_x排放影响的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以浙江浙能温州发电有限公司四期扩建工程#7、#8机组660 MW超超临界锅炉为研究对象,通过现场试验的方法,研究了燃烧器结构特性、制粉系统的不同组合方式、燃烧器外二次风、内二次风旋流叶片调整以及中心风调整试验等对锅炉出口NO_x排放的影响规律。结果表明,尽早停运上层制粉有利于降低NO_x生成,得到了对外二次风旋流叶片的曲线设定以及内二次风旋流叶片的固定开度参数,中心风开度低时NO_x生成较多。 This paper takes the 660 MW ultra-supercritical boiler of #7 and #8 units of Zhejiang Zhenen Wenzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. as the research object. Through the field test method, the effects of burner structure characteristics, different combinations of milling system, secondary air outside the burner, internal secondary swirling blade adjustment and central wind adjustment test on NOx emissions from boiler outlets were studied. The results show that stopping the upper layer of milling as soon as possible is beneficial to reduce NOx formation; the curve setting of the external secondary swirling blades and the fixed opening parameters of the internal secondary swirling blades are obtained; when the central wind opening is low, the NOx generation is more.
