摘要
铜冶炼过程中产生大量铜废渣,渣含铜根据冶炼工艺不同在0.7%~8.0%。铜渣通过缓冷、破碎、再磨和渣选对渣中含铜进行再回收利用。缓冷期间,国内一般是24 h自然冷却,48~72 h淋水冷却,这个过程时间长,耗水量大,每个渣包淋水期间水量约2.5 m3/h。国外一种新型铜渣缓冷技术,总计用时12 h,用水累计每个渣包1 t,在时间效率、水量消耗上都有巨大优势,是铜渣缓冷技术的新方法。
A large amount of copper waste residue is produced in the copper smelting process, and the copper content of the slag is 0.7% to 8.0% depending on the smelting process. The copper slag is recycled to the copper contained in the slag by slow cooling, crushing, regrinding and slag selection. During the slow cooling period, the domestic general cooling is 24 h, and the water is cooled at 48-72 h. This process takes a long time and consumes a large amount of water. The amount of water per slag package is about 2.5 m3/h. A new copper slag slow-cooling technology in foreign countries, which takes 12 hours in total, and accumulates 1 ton of slag per water, has great advantages in time efficiency and water consumption, and is a new method for copper slag slow cooling technology.
