随县生猪养殖粪污资源化利用对策

摘要 随县位于湖北省北部,地处长江流域和淮河流域的交汇地带,是全国著名的生猪调出大县。2017年,随县生猪养殖存栏量为80多万头,产生粪污220多万t,然而其有效处理率不到60%,对农村环境造成很大的污染。在此背景下,湖北工业大学"畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用"研究团队以绿色生态为导向,通过调查和研究随县不同规模养殖企业的养殖模式,并结合当地实际提出了"明确治理目标、统一治理思路、加强组织领导、夯实治理基础和实施专项治理"的生猪养殖粪污资源化利用对策,以期为随县的畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用工作提供参考,帮助养殖企业把畜禽养殖粪污环保处理及资源化利用与美丽乡村建设结合起来,为全面建成美丽中国提供有力支撑。 Suixian County is located in the north of Hubei Province, at the junction of the Yangtze River Valley and the Huaihe River valley. It is a famous pig transfer County in China. In 2017, there were more than 800 000 pig farms in Suixian County, producing more than 2.2 million tons of manure pollution. However, the effective treatment rate was less than 60%, which caused great pollution to the rural environment. Under this background, the research team of “Resource Utilization of Livestock and Poultry Wastes” of Hubei University of Technology is guided by green ecology, and through investigation and research on the breeding mode of aquaculture enterprises of different scales in Suixian County. Based on the local conditions, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the utilization of manure pollution in pig breeding by “clearing the objectives of governance, unified management ideas, strengthening organizational leadership, solidifying the foundation of governance and implementing special governance”, in order to provide reference for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry farming in Suixian County. It will help aquaculture enterprises to combine the environmental protection treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure with beautiful rural construction, which will provide strong support for the comprehensive construction of beautiful China.
