江苏省重点行业自验收监测VOCs组分及标准运用

The Selection of VOCs Monitoring Components and Evaluation Standard for Key Industries in Jiangsu Province

国务院令682号正式取消了建设项目竣工环保验收行政许可,改为建设单位自主验收,对建设单位自验的指导和规范也亟待加强。通过对国家平台登记信息的建设项目随机抽查发现,公示信息中关于污染物VOCs信息普遍不全。笔者将从VOCS组分分析及方法标准应用方面对化学工业、表面涂装(汽车制造业)、表面涂装(家具制造业)、橡胶制品制造、石油炼制等5个重点行业进行归纳比较,为新政策下企业自验工作提供技术支持。

The State Council ordered No. 682 to officially cancel the administrative permit for the completion of environmental protection acceptance of construction projects, and changed to the independent acceptance of the construction unit. The guidance and standardization of the self-inspection of the construction unit also need to be strengthened. Through random sampling of the construction project of the national platform registration information, it is found that the information on pollutant VOCs in the public information is generally incomplete. From the analysis of VOCS components and the application of method standards, the author will summarize five key industries such as chemical industry, surface coating （automotive manufacturing）, surface coating （furniture manufacturing）, rubber product manufacturing, and petroleum refining, to provide technical support for self-inspection work under the new policy.
