人民性视角下的朝鲜族传统村落保护利用探析

An Analysis on the Protection and Utilization of Korean Traditional Villages from the Perspective of the Affinity to the People

"人民性"是建设社会主义文化大发展大繁荣战略的本质和核心,以人民性尺度为操作水准是解决传统村落保护利用问题最本真的出发点和归宿。朝鲜族传统村落由人民创造与积淀,并由广大人民的智慧而充裕,也应以人民性为标准进行保护及合理利用。在诠释朝鲜族传统村落人民性内涵基础上,切实提出增强人民的民族自信,建立文化传承纽带;提高人民保护自觉性,杜绝消极更新方式;以人民需求为依归,激发传统村落活力的朝鲜族传统村落保护利用思路,以期对促进朝鲜族传统文化的传承延续和村落的可持续发展提供有益借鉴。

＂The affinity to the people＂ is the essence and core of the strategy to promote the gloat development and the mass flourishing of socialist culture, and also the true starting point and destination to solve the problems of traditional villages in the practice of protection and utilization. Cleated and accumulated by the people, Korean traditional villages are abundant of the wisdom of the people and should be protected and utilized rationally by taking the affinity to the people as the standard. On the basis of interpreting the affinity to the people of Korean traditional villages the paper puts forward the idea to protect and make good use of Korean traditional villages. It is advisable to strengthen people＇s national confidence by establishing the links of cultural inheritance, improve people＇s awareness of protection by stopping negative renewal, and meet the needs of people by stimulating the vitality of traditional villages. The paper aims to provide beneficial reference for the promotion of the Korean traditional cultural inheritance and the sustainable development of villages.
