摘要
基于国内新能源汽车行业发展特点,本文从企业层面,以我国新能源汽车行业15家上市公司创新数据为基础,运用DEA模型分析我国新能源汽车上市企业的纯技术效率、规模效率和综合效率,以Tobit回归模型分析新能源汽车企业创新效率的影响因素。结果显示:企业创新效率差异较大;创新效率处于上升趋势,企业创新效率还有提升空间;企业研发投入、政府支持、企业规模、成长能力与创新效率正相关,企业管理能力与创新效率负相关,劳动者素质对创新效率影响不显著。最后结合研究结果提出政策建议。
Based on the development characteristics of the domestic new energy auto industry, the paper empirically studies on the innovation data of fifteen listed companies in new energy auto industry. The DEA model is applied to analyze the innovation efficiency of new energy automobile enterprises from three aspects： pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency. The Tobit regression model is studied to test the influencing factors of new energy automobile innovation efficiency. The results show that the innovation efficiency between enterprises is quite different; innovation efficiency is on rise and there is room for improvement; R ＆ D investment, government input, enterprise scale and enterprise growth ability has a positive impact on innovation efficiency, and enterprise management ability has negative impact on innovation efficiency, the influence of workers＇ quality on innovation efficiency is not obvious. Finally, the policy is put forward to aim at the existing problems of innovation efficiency.
