摘要
情绪调节是个体保持心理健康的重要机制。实证研究发现:在校大学生情绪调节策略使用频率存在性别差异,女生认知重评策略使用频率显著高于男生;不同情绪调节方法与心理健康状况的关系存在差异,认知重评策略与心理健康状况呈正相关关系。
Emotional regulation strategy is an important mechanism to keep mental health.The empirical research finds that there are gender differences in the using frequency of emotional regulation strategies of college students,and the using frequency of female cognitive reappraisal strategies is significantly higher than that of male students;the relationship between different emotional regulation methods and mental health status is different,and there is a positive correlation between cognitive reappraisal strategy and mental health status.
