中医医院外科住院医师文字书写能力规范化培训的思考

Thoughts on the Writing Skill of Surgeons Enrolled in Standardized Training of Resident Physicians in Hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的通过对中医医院住院医师规范化培训中外科医师文字书写能力进行深入思考,指出文字表达与书写能力是目前中医医院外科规范化培训中的薄弱环节,并需要加强相关培训。方法分析所造成中医医院外科规范化培训中对于医师文字书写培训中的不足,从不同角度探求造成此状况的原因,并在临床带教过程中予以纠正和改善。结果中医医院由于本身条件所限,加之外科对于技能操作的过度重视,使得中医医院在培训外科规培医师过程中对于文字书写能力重视存在一定欠缺,主要体现在病历书写和科研论文撰写方面。结论在目前环境下,需要在提升中医医院带教医师自身能力前提下采取多种措施拓展规培医师思维,促进其文字书写能力的提高。

Objective Through analyzing the writing status of surgeons that enrolled in standardized training of resident physicians inhospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, this research pointed out the fact that writing skill training is an apparent shortcomingamong those trainings, therefore, it uncovers the necessity to enhance writing skills. Methods This article summarized the defects ofwriting skill training to surgeons in the training program and then dug out the root causes of informal writings from differentdimensions. Results Due to certain hospital limits and nature of surgery, that always focusing on clinical techniques, both trainingorganizers and trainees omitted the importance of writing skill training. The writing incompetency mainly reflects on two aspects：medical records and scientific research articles. Conclusion Enhancing writing skills can be achieved by means of expandingthinking patterns of surgeons along with improving the trainer＇s writing competency.
