摘要
目的基于现代文献对比分析全国中医药院校青年教师教学基本功竞赛组织前后中医诊断学课程教学方法的异同。方法检索2009—2016年公开发表的与中医诊断学课程教学方法相关的文献,选取符合纳入标准者,在名词术语规范的基础上,建立数据库进行统计学分析。结果共纳入文章208篇,中医诊断学课程常用的教学方法有:案例式教学法、问题式教学法、多媒体教学、情境教学法、临床模拟训练、标准化病人、传统讲授式教学法等。结论全国行业内的教学竞赛活动能有效地促进专业教师对课程教学方法的研究与探索,以赛促研、以赛促教,对青年教师的迅速成长起到了积极的促进作用。
Objective To analyze the similarities and differences of teaching methods of Diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicinebetween the young teachers who come from TCM colleges and universities in China before and after the competition of teaching basicskills. Methods On the basis of the modern literature, the literature in recent eight years related to the teaching methods ofdiagnostics of tradition Chinese medicine was retrieved and the people who meet the criteria for inclusion were selected. On the basicof regulating terminology, a database to make the statistical analysis was established. Results There were 208 papers concerned. Thefrequently used methods of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine are case-based teaching method, question-based teachingmethod, multimedia teaching method, situational teaching method, clinical simulation training, standardized patient, traditionalteaching method, etc. Conclusion Nationwide teaching contest can help teachers to promote research and exploration of curriculumteaching methods effectively, and it also has a primitive effect on the growth of young teachers.
