人性化教学模式应用于妇产科护理带教中的效果研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的研究人性化教学模式在妇产科护理带教中的应用价值。方法以2017年1月—2018年1月本院妇产科中的实习护生58名为研究对象,按照随机数表法进行分组:研究组和对照组均29名。研究组实行人性化教学,对照组实行传统教学。比较2组护生的综合成绩,护生满意度。结果研究组的理论知识考核成绩为(52.91±5.37)分、实践操作考核成绩为(41.83±4.25)分,明显比对照组(39.25±9.18)分、(34.01±6.17)分高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组护生对教学效果的满意度为96.55%,明显高于对照组的82.76%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论通过对妇产科的实习护生应用人性化带教模式进行带教,可显著提高其学习成绩,改善带教质量,建议采纳。 Objective To study the application value of humanized teaching model in the nursing teaching of obstetrics andgynecology. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 58 intern nursing students in the department of obstetrics and gynecologyof our hospital were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the studygroup and the control group, with 29 students in each group. The study group implemented humanized teaching, and the control groupadopted traditional teaching. The comprehensive performance of nursing students in the two groups was analyzed and the satisfactionrate of nursing students was compared. Results The theory knowledge examination result of the study group is (52.91±5.37) points,practice assessment result of the study group is (41.83±4.25) points, which are obviously higher than (39.25±9.18) points and( 34.01 ±6.17) points of the control group respectively, and there had significant difference between groups ( P 〈 0.05) . Thesatisfaction of study group nursing students to teaching effect was significantly higher than that of the control group, and thedifference between groups was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized teaching model to nursing studentsin obstetrics and gynecology practice can significantly improve their academic performance and the quality of teaching, andrecommend adoption.
