足浴联合穴位贴敷在小儿风寒感冒中的疗效评价

The Evaluation on the Therapeutic Effect of Foot Bath Combined with Acupoint Application in Wind-cold in Children

目的评价足浴联合穴位贴敷在小儿风寒感冒中的治疗效果。方法将符合纳入标准的117例小儿风寒感冒患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组进行基础治疗(小儿惊风七厘散、小儿氨黄那敏颗粒,并予美林布洛芬混悬液在患儿体温≥38.5℃时服用),治疗组在对照组的基础上加用足浴和穴位贴敷,足浴上午、下午各1次,每次15 min,穴位贴敷每天1次,予贴敷双侧肺俞穴,持续4 h取下。比较2组患儿治疗后72 h美林布洛芬混悬液使用次数、鼻塞评分、流涕评分和总体治疗效果。结果治疗后72 h治疗组美林使用次数明显少于对照组,鼻塞和流涕评分均低于对照组,总体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足浴联合穴位贴敷能更快地减轻小儿风寒感冒的发热、鼻塞、流涕等不适症状,减少患儿使用紧急退热药的次数,操作安全简单,患儿依从性好,疗效可靠。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of foot bath combined with acupoint application in wind-cold in children.Methods 117 cases of children with infantile chill cold were divided into control group and treatment group by through randomizedmethod. The control group received basic therapy （Xiaoer Jingfeng Qili powder, pediatric paracetamol, atificial cow-bezoar andchlorphenamine maleate granules, in addition, Merrill Lynch ibuprofen suspension was administered when the child＇s bodytemperature was more than 38.5 益） . On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with foot bath and acupointsticking, foot bath in the morning, afternoon all the time, every time 15 min, sticking apply oncea day, to apply the bilateral lungshenshu point, last 4 hours. After 72h, the number of suspension, nasal obstruction score, runt score and overall therapeutic effectwas compared. Results After treatment, 72 h merrill lynch use in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup, nasal congestion and runny nose scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the overall effect inthe treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionThe foot bath combined with acupoint application can reduce the pediatric chill cold symptoms such as fever, stuffy nose, runny nose,decrease the number of use for children to use emergency antifebrile, is safe and easy operation, children with good compliance, andthe curative effect is reliable.
