颈椎热敷药枕中挥发油成分的GC-MS法分析

Analysis of Volatile Oil in Cervical Hot Pillow by GC-MS

目的分析颈椎热敷药枕(以下简称药枕)中所含中药的挥发油成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS法)对药枕挥发性成分进行分析,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果经毛细管气相色谱分离出20多个峰,确认了其中的19种成分,占总离子流的92.4%。其主要化学成分为桂皮醛(25.53%)、异冰片(19.91%)、紫苏醛(7.86%)、δ-杜松烯(5.66%)、古巴烯(5.38%)、石竹烯(4.45%)、樟脑(4.1%)等。结论这些成分可为进一步研究药枕对颈椎病的作用机理提供科学依据。

Objective To analyze the volatile oil constituents of traditional Chinese medicine contained in cervical pillow （hereinafterreferred to as medicine pillow）. Methods The compounds were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by capillary gaschromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） . The relative percentage of each component was determined by gas chromatographic areanormalization. Results More than 20 peaks were separated by capillary gas chromatography and 19 components were identified,accounting for 92.4% of the total ion current. Its main chemical components are cinnamic aldehyde （25.53%） , isoborneol （19.91%）,periprellal （7.86%）, δ-durene （5.66%） , guarene （5.38%） , caryophyllene （4.45%） , and camphor （4.1%） and so on. ConclusionThe aim is to provide scientific basis for further study on the mechanism of action of medicine pillow on cervical spondylosis.
