中西医结合治疗湿热瘀阻型青蛇毒临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Damp-heat Stasis Thrombotic Superficial Phlebitis

目的探讨中西医结合及内外合治湿热瘀阻型青蛇毒的临床疗效。方法采取中西医结合治疗方法,制定相应的综合治疗方案,治疗1个疗程(14 d)后对2组患者的临床疗效进行综合评价。其中对照组给予单纯西药治疗,具体包括抗凝、消肿等;观察组在对照组基础上运用中医辨证论治使用四妙散合四妙勇安汤加减治疗,局部将新癀片研粉调糊后外涂于患处。结果观察组局部红肿热痛、酸胀、水肿及条索状物硬结等症状体征得到明显的缓解,总有效率95%(38/40),治疗无不良反应;对照组相应症状体征也有所改善,总有效率85.29%(29/34)。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗湿热瘀阻型青蛇毒较单纯使用西药治疗更有效、安全可靠,而且症状和体征都有明显改善。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of damp-heat stasis thrombotic superficial phlebitis. Methods Adopting the therapeutic method, which is linked traditional Chinese to Westernmedicine, to formulatea comprehensive treatment plan, and evaluating curative effects after 14 days＇ treatments. Among this way, forthe control group, we used Western medicine treatments only, such as anti-inflammatory, anticoagulation, thrombolysis. And for thetreatment group, we need to add traditional Chinese medicine methods＇ decoction named Simiao powder and Simiao Yongan decoction,and Chinese patent medicine named Xinhuang tablets using in local external. Results After treatment, the treatment group＇s symptomsand signs were obviously relieved, including local redness, heat pain, acid swelling, edema, strands of stripe, and total effective ratewas 95% （38/40） without adverse reactions. For the control group, the symptoms and signs of corresponding symptoms have alsoimproved, and total effective rate was 85.29% （29/34） , and the difference was statistical P〈0.05. Conclusion For the treatmentgroup, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of damp-heat stasis thrombotic superficial phlebitis hasbetter curative effects than using Western medicine. And it is safe, reliable, and signs were obviously improved.
