摘要
人的痛觉中枢分布在中枢神经系统中,且各级中枢神经都有"痛觉调节系统"的调控,所有的调控均抑制了痛觉与神经中枢的传递。针刺或阻滞星状神经节类似于人为模拟一个假性疼痛信号传递给中枢系统,继而激发脊髓、脑干、大脑等各层次的神经元活动,使人体本身原有的镇痛系统被激活,分泌产生5-羟色胺、乙酰胆碱、内源性阿片样物质,此类物质直接或间接的产生镇痛效应。
