隔姜灸对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞减少的防治

Prevention and Treatment of Leucocytopenia after Chemotherapy in Patients with Malignant Tumor with Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion

目的研究分析穴位隔姜灸对接受化疗后的恶性肿瘤患者白细胞减少的临床防治效果。方法将2016年4月—2018年3月收治的100例接受化疗后白细胞减少的恶性肿瘤患者作为研究样本,同时依据随机数字表法分组,对照组50例采用口服维生素B4片联合鲨肝醇片给药治疗,治疗组50例采用气海、神阙、关元隔姜灸穴位治疗。比较2组治疗前后KPS评分、中医症候评分、白细胞值,并评价治疗总有效率。结果治疗后治疗组KPS评分高于对照组,中医症候评分低于对照组,治疗组治疗总有效率和血白细胞数量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受化疗后的恶性肿瘤患者白细胞减少而言,应用穴位隔姜灸效果显著,患者获益较高,有更大的潜在临床价值,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To study the clinical preventive effect of acupoint ginger partitioned moxibustion on leukocytes in patients withmalignant tumor after receiving chemotherapy. Methods From April 2016 to March 2018, 100 cases of malignant tumor withleukonitis after chemotherapy were treated as the study samples, and according to the random number table method 50 cases in thecontrol group were treated with oral vitamin B4 tablets combined with Batilol tablets, 50 cases in the treatment group were used inthe Qihai, Shenque, Guanyuange with ginger partitioned moxibustion. The KPS score, TCM symptom score, white blood cell valuebefore and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups, and the total effective rate was evaluated. Results After treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The TCM syndrome score was lower than that of thecontrol group. The total effective rate and the number of blood leukocytes in the treatment group were higher than those in the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupoint ginger moxibustion issignificant for patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy, and the benefit of the patients is higher and the potential clinicalvalue is greater. It is worth further promoting in clinical medicine.
