中医护理联合耳穴压豆法在骨科术前护理中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with Auricular Point Pressing in Preoperative Orthopedics

目的观察中医情志调护联合耳穴压豆在骨科术前护理中的临床应用效果。方法选择骨科行择期手术患者160例,根据术前不同护理方法将患者分成对照组、研究组各80例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予中医情志调护联合耳穴压豆。比较2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度、护理质量评分情况。结果研究组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).;研究组护理满意度、护理质量各项指标评分均比对照组高(P <0.05)。结论骨科择期手术患者术前给予中医情志调护联合耳穴压豆可以改善患者负面情绪,提升护理质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM sentiment nursing combined with ear acupoint pressing bean onpreoperative nursing of orthopedics department. Methods 160 patients underwent elective surgery in orthopedics department, andpatients were divided into control group and research group according to different preoperative nursing methods. The control group wasgiven routine nursing, and the research group was given traditional Chinese medicine sentiment nursing combined with auricularpressure bean. The two groups were compared in terms of anxiety self-assessment scale （SAS score） , depression self-assessment scale（SDS score） , nursing satisfaction degree and nursing quality score. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the study group werelower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . The scores of nursing satisfaction andnursing quality of the research group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of TCMemotional care and auricular pressure beans before surgery can improve patients＇ negative emotions and nursing quality.
