前置胎盘患者护理中应用个性化护理带教的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析个性化护理带教在前置胎盘患者护理中的效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月就诊的122例前置胎盘患者作为观察对象,并且通过随机分组的方式,将患者分为对照组和试验组各61例,由护理人员带领10名护理专业的实习生进行护理工作,对照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者实施个性化护理,每组各分配5名实习生,观察2组患者护理后对护理的满意度以及护理人员的知识掌握情况。结果试验组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组患者,试验组护理人员对于护理知识的掌握情况明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论运用个性化护理措施来实施带教工作,有利于护理实习人员更加细节性地了解护理工作,从而提高护理工作的质量和水平,提高患者对于护理的满意度,更加值得被推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing teaching in patients with placenta previa. Methods 122 cases ofplacenta previa in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the object of observation, and the patients weredivided into the control group and the experimental group by the random group. The two groups of patients each had 61 cases each,the nursing staff led 10 nursing students to carry out nursing, and the control group was carried out. The patients in the experimentalgroup were given individualized nursing, and 5 interns were assigned to each group. The satisfaction of the two groups of nursing careand the knowledge of the nurses were observed. Results The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher thanthat of the control group, and the nursing knowledge of the nursing staff in the experimental group was significantly higher than thatof the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of individualized nursing measures to carry out the teaching work isbeneficial to the nursing interns more detail understanding of the nursing work, so as to improve the quality and level of nursing workand the patient's satisfaction with nursing. It is worthy of being popularized.
