粘连性肠梗阻的中西医结合优化护理分析

Analysis on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Optimal Nursing for Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

目的分析粘连性肠梗阻的中西医结合优化护理效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月住院的粘连性肠梗阻患者42例,使用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组各21例,对照组予以西医常规护理,观察组予以中西医结合优化护理,对比2组患者经护理后的胃肠道恢复时间、临床症状消失时间、住院时间及2组患者对护理的满意情况。结果观察组患者的胃肠道恢复时间、临床症状消失时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率为95.2%(20/21),高于对照组患者护理满意率66.7%(14/21)(P<0.05)。结论对于腹部手术后肠粘连性梗阻患者予以中西医结合优化护理,可以促进患者的恢复,减少患者的住院时间,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得临床借鉴应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of integra ted traditional Chinese and Western medicine optimal nursing on adhesiveintestinal obstruction. Methods 42 patients with adhered intestinal obstruction were selected in our hospital from January 2015 toDecember 2016, and 42 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 21 cases in each group. The controlgroup was given routine nursing care of western medicine, while the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese andWestern medicine optimal nursing. The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms, length of stay and satisfaction of two groups ofpatients were compared. Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal tract, the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and thetime of hospitalization in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05） . The nursing satisfactionrate of the observation group was 95.2%, the nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 66.7%, and the nursing satisfactionrate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The postoperative intestinaladhesion obstruction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine optimize nursing can promote the recovery of patients,reduce hospitalization time, and has very high satisfaction with nursing care, which is worthy of clinical application.
