摘要
面对全球能源危机和环境污染问题,世界各国都积极探索解决途径,汽车产业作为重要的能源消费产业,应该在节能减排方面发挥重要作用。电动汽车在解决环境污染和能源短缺等问题方面具有极大优势,故应大力推动电动汽车的发展。文章设计一款纯电动物流车,通过动力总成匹配得到动力系统关键部件的基本参数。基于Cruise仿真软件,输入各部件参数后依此建立各部件间的机械连接、电气连接和信号连接,最终搭建整车模型。设置任务参数后,在NEDC工况下完成动力性仿真实验。仿真结果验证了模型的正确性和设计的可行性。
Facing the global energy crisis and environmental pollution problems, all countries in the world are activelyexploring solutions. As an important energy consumption industry, the automobile industry should play an important role inenergy saving and emission reduction. Electric vehicles have great advantages in solving the problems of environmentalpollution and energy shortage, so the development of electric vehicles should be vigorously promoted. In this paper, anelectric logistics vehicle is designed, and the basic parameters of the key components of the power system are obtainedthrough matching the powertrain. Based on the Cruise simulation software, after input of the parameters of each component,the mechanical connection, electrical connection and signal connection between the components are established, and themodel of the whole vehicle is finally built. After setting the task parameters, the dynamic simulation experiment is carried outunder NEDC driving cycle. The simulation results verify the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the design.
