摘要
文章通过分析某轻型环卫车的使用要求,得出环卫车悬架设计的边界条件。在相互制约的边界条件中确定悬架系统的设计思路和最终方案。通过增加侧倾稳定杆,化解了相互矛盾的制约条件,对悬架系统进行了优化设计。
This paper firstly analyzes the requirement of using some sanitation truck. After that we get the border conditionsof the suspension. We find out the mentality of designing and final solution according to the border conditions. By using rollstabilizer bar, we conform all of the border conditions, and improve the suspension.
