基于多目标优化的车身性能与接头关联性探究

摘要 为探究车身性能与接头间的关联性规律,文章以某车身接头为研究对象,以该车身各接头材料为输入变量,车身性能为输出变量,应用最优拉丁超立方法生成试验样本,基于响应面法和邻域繁殖算法对车身进行多目标优化设计,车身扭转刚度和扭转模态频率均得到了提升。在此过程中提取数据并分析得到车身性能与接头间的作用规律,且车身优化结果完全符合该规律,间接证明了依据此作用关系对车身性能优化结果进行预判的有效性。为车身开发及节约研发时间提供了新的理论依据和思路。 To explore the relationship between body performance and joints, This paper takes a certain type ofbody joint asthe research object, take the material of each joint of auto-body of a certain type of car body as the input variable and theperformance of car body as the output variable, the optimal Latin superposition method was used to generate test samples,based on the Response Surface Model and the NCGA of multi-objective optimization design was carried out on the body, thebody torsional stiffness and torsional mode frequency has improved. In this process, the data are extracted and the action rulebetween the body performance and the joint is obtained, the body optimization results are in accordance with the law, it isproved that the performance of the vehicle body can be predicted according to the relation. It provides a new theoretical basisand thought for car body development and saving research and development time.
