摘要
换挡拨指是变速器换挡机构的一种重要部件。传统的拨指与固连拨叉轴在一起,通过换挡轴的横向移动,使得拨指推动拨叉,拨动同步器的齿环,实现换挡。文章阐述了一种新型拨指的设计过程,简述其生产过程,并结合其生产过程及失效模式,对其结构进行优化设计。
Shift finger is an important component of the transmission shift mechanism. Traditional shift finger is fixed onthe fork shaft, through the lateral movement transmission shaft, make the shift finger to promote the fork, the tooth of thesynchronizer ring, realize the shift. This paper expounded the design and production process about a new shift finger , andoptimizing the shift finger according to its production process and failure mode.
