基于Adams对摆臂衬套空心部位间隙设计合理性的研究

摘要 通过对车辆在搓板路面存在方向打手其结构传递路径的探索,借助Adams仿真工具对三角臂后衬套空心不同间隙的研究,通过监测主驾座椅垂向及方向盘的切向加速度作为评价指标,评估三角臂衬套空心间隙对整车平顺性的影响,以此来研该衬套空心间隙设置的合理性,结果表明衬套空心间隙S为1.2mm时汽车的平顺性及打手现象均满足设计要求。 Through the exploration of the vehicle's structural transmission path in the direction of the seesaw surface, theAdams simulation tool is used to study the hollow gap of the triangular arm rear bushing, and the tangential acceleration ofthe main driving seat vertical and steering wheel is evaluated. The index evaluates the influence of the hollow clearance of thetriangular arm bushing on the smoothness of the whole vehicle, so as to study the rationality of the hollow gap setting of thebushing. The results show that the smoothness and the hand-wound phenomenon of the car when the bushing hollowclearance S is 1.2mm Meet the design requirements.
