制动液对不同橡胶的适应性及其颜色变化的分析

文章以丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、天然橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶材料汽车制动系统橡胶件为研究,在一定的温度不同时间下,将四种不同材料的橡胶件分别浸入同种型号制动液中,试验完成后检测试液外观颜色(色度)、试液元素分析、橡胶材料的体积膨胀率以及样件外观。试验结果表明,同种制动液,对不同橡胶的适应性是不一样的,主要取决于橡胶材料种类的不同,通过本试验研究可以为汽车制动系统橡胶密封件选材提供技术参数。

In this paper, nitrile-butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber, ethylene-propylene- diene- propyl-ene rubber materials for automotive brake system rubber parts for research, Under certain temperature and different time, therubber parts of four different materials were immersed in the brake fluid of the same type. After the test, the color （chromati-city）, the element analysis, the volume expansion rate of the rubber material and the appearance of the sample were detected.The test results show that the adaptability of the same brake fluid to different rubber is different, mainly depends on thedifferent types of rubber materials, through this test study can provide technical parameters for the selection of rubber seals inautomotive brake system.
