摘要
选取蔚来汽车ES8中控台为设计对象,采取热流道浇注系统方案设计。该产品的材料为PP+20%CF,产品结构复杂、体积较大,成型工艺很难控制。为了验证热流道系统和冷却系统的合理性,在开发模具之前运用Moldex3D模流分析软件进行仿真分析,最终试模验证模流分析的准确性。为工艺参数的调试和采用预变形原理修模、试模提供了可靠的理论依据。
The design object of the ES8 central control platform of wei lai automobile was selected, and the design of hotrunner pouring system was adopted. Due to the special materials, complicated structure and large size, Moldex3D modelflow analysis software was used for simulation analysis before the mold design, and the accuracy of the mold flow analysiswas verified. It provides a reliable theoretical basis for the debugging of process parameters and the predeformation principle.
