轿车前后拖钩布置与校核的研究

Research on Layout and Check of Front and Rear Towing Hooks

前后拖钩作为轿车车身上重要的零部件,在设计布置时除了要考虑其在车身中的位置,还要满足使用空间和强度的要求。本文在对比合资和自主车型的基础上,提出了拖钩布置位置要求,同时参考相关法规,对使用空间、强度要求以及校核方法进行了总结研究,对新车型拖钩的设计布置提供参考。

As important parts on the car body, the design and layout of front and rear towing hooks needs to meet the usingspace and intensity requirements, while the location on the car body taken into account. Based on the comparison of joint andindependent models, the layout location requires of towing hooks are proposed and referring to related laws and regulations,the requires of using space and intensity are summarized, as well as the check method, which provide a useful reference fortowing hooks layout of new model.
