2016年10月,汽车行业质量管理体系标准"IATF16949:2016"正式发布,取代了原有标准"ISO/TS 16949:2009"。自2017年10月1日起,认证机构对于ISO/TS 16949的审核(初次审核、监督审核、再认证审核或机构转移)都将停止。现持有ISO/TS 16949:2009证书的客户,必须在2018年9月14日之前转换至IATF16949新版本,该日期之后,ISO/TS 16949证书将不再有效。为保证公司质量管理体系认证证书的持续有效,经过公司领导决策,2018年6月将对现有已获得16949证书的场所进行体系换版。文章的主要内容是介绍IATF16949的转版方法及过程。包含新版标准差异点识别及完善、质量体系过程识别、过程绩效指标设定、试运行及质量体系内审等内容。

In October 2016,The ＂IATF16949：2016＂ for Automotive Industry Quality Management System Standard wasofficially released, replacing the original ＂ISO/TS 16949：2009＂ . Since October 1, 2017, the certification body＇s audit ofISO/TS 16949 （initial audit, surveillance audit, recertification audit, or institutional transfer） has stopped. Customers whocurrently hold ISO/TS 16949：2009 certificates must change into the new version of IATF 16949 by September 14, 2018, afterwhich the ISO/TS 16949 certificate will no longer be valid. In order to ensure the continuous validity of the QualityManagement System certification, after the company’s leadership decision-making, in June 2018, the existing site that hasobtained the 16949 certificate will change into new system. The main content of this paper is to introduce the IATF16949transfer method and process, including the identification and improvement of new standard differences, quality systemprocess identification, process performance indicator setting, trial operation and quality system internal audit etc.
