摘要
整车开发过程中,整车排放要求在不断加严。其中车载加油油气回收装置(ORVR)对控制燃油蒸发污染物起到了关键作用。文章通过对比ORVR与非ORVR燃油系统,详述主要零部件设计变化,并结合实际案例及测试结果,得出一套针对燃油系统ORVR设计升级的有效方案。
During the vehicle development process, emission requirement is constantly being tightened. Onboard RefuelingVapor Recovery(ORVR) system plays the key role in controlling the evaporative emission. In this paper, by comparingORVR and non-ORVR fuel systems, describing design changes of the main components, combining the actual cases and testresults, we can get an effective solution for the design of ORVR fuel system.
