摘要 目的构建儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力评价指标,为其临床能力的培养、考核提供有效的评价工具,进而促进临床能力全面提升。方法通过文献分析、半结构式访谈和小组讨论初步拟定条目池,运用德尔菲法对全国7个地区的22名专家进行两轮多中心函询,通过预实验检验评价指标的信效度及对各级指标进行权重设置。结果两轮专家函询后形成了专家的一致性意见,问卷有效回收率分别为95. 65%,100%,专家权威系数为0. 84,专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0. 117、0. 096,经检验均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),评价指标的Cronbach’sα系数为0. 936,内容效度为0. 868,所构建的评价指标包括6项一级指标、26项二级指标、97项三级指标。结论该评价指标能全面、客观地评价儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力,并为其系统培养提供参考依据。 Objective To construct a clinical ability evaluation index for postgraduate students majoring in pediatric nursing, and provide an effective evaluation tool for the training and assessment of clinical ability, thereby promoting the overall improvement of clinical ability. Methods Through the literature analysis, semi - structured interviews and group discussions, the pool of entries was developed preliminarily. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of multi - center inquiry for 22 experts from 7 regions of the country. The pretest and test were used to test the reliability and validity of the indicators. In addition, the weight setting for indicators at all levels were conducted. Results After the two rounds of experts' inquiries, the consensus opinionof the experts was formed. The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires were 95. 65%, and 100% respectively. The expert authority coefficient was 0. 84,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the expert opinions were 0. 117 and 0. 096 respectively. They were statistically significant after examination(P 〈 0. 05).The Cronbach' s α coefficient of the evaluation index was 0. 936, and the content validity was 0. 868. The evaluation indicators constructed include 6 first -level indicators, 26 second - level indicators, and 97 third - level indicators. Conclusion This evaluation index can evaluate the clinical ability of graduate students in postgraduate nursing degree comprehensively and objectively. In addition, it can provide reference for its systematic training.【
