针对性护理在依地酸钙钠治疗铅中毒患者中的应用

Application of targeted nursing in patients with lead poisoning treated with calcium disodium edetate

目的探讨针对性护理在依地酸钙钠治疗铅中毒患者中的应用。方法选取2016年7月至2017年9月我院收治的铅中毒患者200例为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理。比较两组患者不良反应发生情况和护理满意度。结果研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组护理满意度优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在铅中毒的治疗过程中实施针对性护理,可有效提高护理满意度,降低不良反应发生率,临床上应进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of targeted nursing in patients with lead poisoning treated with calcium disodium edetate. Methods To select 200 cases of lead poisoning patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to September 2017 as research subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was treated with targeted nursing on the basis of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Applying targeted nursing in the treatment of lead poisoning can improve the satisfaction of nursing effectively and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It should be further promoted and applied clinically.
