针对性健康教育对心脏介入治疗患者术后情绪波动的影响

Effect of targeted health education on postoperative mood swing of patients undergoing cardiac interventional therapy

目的探讨针对性健康教育对心脏介入治疗患者术后情绪波动的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2017年11月心脏介入治疗患者66例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施针对性健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育前后的情绪状态评分(POMS量表及PANAS量表)及患者对健康教育的满意度。结果健康教育后,观察组POMS评分、PANAS评分优于对照组(P <0. 05),且观察组对健康教育的满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论针对性健康教育有助于心脏介入治疗患者术后情绪波动的调控,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted health education on postoperative mood swing of patients undergoing cardiac interventional therapy. Methods To select 66 cases of patients with cardiac interventional therapy from October 2016 to November 2017 as study subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine health education, while the observation group was given targeted health education based on the treatment of control group. The emotional state scores （POMS scale and PANAS scale） before and after health education between the two groups and the patient ＇ s satisfaction with health education were compared. Results After thehealth education, the POMS score and PANAS score of the observation group were superior to that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）, and patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with health education than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Targeted health education can help theregulation of postoperative mood swings in patients with cardiac intervention. Meanwhile, it can also improve patient satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
