聚焦解决护理模式在呼吸机相关性肺炎患者中的应用

Application of solution-focused nursing mode in patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia

目的探讨聚焦解决护理模式在呼吸机相关性肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的76例呼吸机相关性肺炎患者随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组根据常规呼吸机相关性肺炎护理方案进行护理,观察组则以聚焦解决护理模式进行护理。观察两组患者的预后情况、呼吸机使用时间、住院时间、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)及生存质量评分。结果观察组预后好于对照组,呼吸机使用时间及住院时间短于对照组,CPIS评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论聚焦解决护理模式在呼吸机相关性肺炎患者中的应用效果较好,可显著改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of solution - focused nursing mode in patients with ventilator - associated pneumonia. Methods To compare the status of prognosis, duration of ventilator application, length of hospitalization, clinical pulmonary infection score（CPIS）, and quality of life score, 76 cases of ventilator - associated pneumonia patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group with equalmembers. The control group adopted routine ventilator - associated pneumonia nursing intervention, while the study group adopted the solution - focused nursing mode. Results The prognosis status of the study group was better than that of the control group, duration of ventilator application and length of hospitalization was shorter than the control group, CPIS score was lower than the control group, scores of quality of life was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The application of solution - focused nursing mode on ventilator - associated pneumonia patients had remarkable therapeutic effect, which could effectively improve patients’ quality of life.
