教育时机前移护理对肠造口患者造口适应与自我护理能力的影响

The influence of education opportunities advancement on the stoma adaptation and self-care ability of patients with enterostomy

目的探讨教育时机前移护理对肠造口患者造口适应与自我护理能力的影响效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年9月于我院行肠造口干预的70例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上给予教育时机前移护理。比较两组患者造口适应度与自我护理能力。结果试验组造口适应度与自我护理评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用教育时机前移护理,可明显提高患者造口适应度与肠造口自我护理能力。

Objective To explore the effect of education opportunities advancement on the stoma adaptation and self - care ability of patients with enterostomy. Methods To select a total of 70 cases of patients who underwent enterostomy intervention in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 as study subjects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care. On the basis of routine care, patients in the experimental group were given nursing with education opportunities advancement.The stoma adaptability and self - care ability of the two groups were compared. Results The stoma adaptability and self - care scores of the experimentalgroup were higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Applying education opportunities advancement nursing can improve the patient＇ s stoma adaptability and enterostomy self - care ability significantly.
